Coming next to our Collaboration Roast Series, is Sam Morton. Coming to us from Byron Bay, Sam’s modern Australian style is built on sustainability and seasonality.
Our $70 set menu for the day will feature dishes with punchy flavours and native ingredients coming from Byron Bay.
